Now that we had conquered Everest, gone back in time, and visited Africa and Asia all in one day, we were excited at what was next. An adventure on the high seas, a tour through a spook house, and a thrilling game through space. This is what the Magic Kingdom had to offer us.
Once we got into the park, it was off to Tomorrowland and Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin. Travel through space in as you recover stolen batteries from the evil emperor Zurg, sworn enemy of the Galactic Alliance. Blast away aliens and robots in order to reach your goal. Are you what it takes to be a Ranger? Next, we visited the Monster's Inc. Laugh Floor. Here, we laughed our heads off as monsters gave us a taste of their humor. Heck, even THAT GUY had fun. Our last stop in the land of the future is Stich's Great Escape. Your duty? Watch the prisoner known throughout the galaxy as Stich, AND MAKE SURE HE DOESN'T ESCAPE! Oops. Too late. This little show is amusing as well as loud and dark, so it may scare younger children. And after driving cars at the Indy Speedway in Liberty Square, we went...
...to Fantasyland. We first waited in a long line for Peter Pan's flight, then hurried over to Philharmagic. In this interactive show, Donald Duck has to find Mickey's Sorcerer Hat after he loses it. After lunch, we went to Frontierland and Adventureland, doing rides such as Pirates of the Caribbean, It's A Small World, the Haunted Mansion, and The Jungle Cruise. It soon got dark, TOO soon, and we left minutes before Wishes, a fireworks extravaganza, began. What a magical day! Tomorrow, we head over to EPCOT.
Favorite Ride: A tie between Pirates and Haunted Mansion.
